We're Hiring: Graphic Designer - Digital & Social Media (Remote)

elevargrowth is a creative-led marketing agency shaping standout brand experiences across sport, culture, and entertainment in the GCC - reaching 10M+ people every month. We're looking for a remote Graphic Designer to help bring campaigns to life across some of the region's most recognised sports and entertainment properties.

What You'll Do

• Lead concept development for brand, campaign, and social media projects across our sport and culture clients
• Produce static and motion graphics for major sports properties and live events, from matchday to social
• Build campaign decks and presentations for sports and entertainment clients
• Design digital content and visual campaigns that bring each brand's story to life
• Retouch and prep photography for campaigns, social, and brand content
• Build brand identities from logos to full brand books
• Work closely with producers and content teams to deliver polished, on-brand work end to end

What You Bring

• 4+ years in a creative/design role, ideally agency-side
• A portfolio with strong work for sports, entertainment, or culture-driven brands
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Sharp storytelling instincts and strong visual/typographic judgement
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly across time zones

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of animation
• Experience creating content for live sports or event-based campaigns
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
• Proficiency in Arabic for bilingual campaign design
