Program Description The Data Analytics Traineeship is a remote program focused on learning and supporting data-driven initiatives at MedTourEasy Madhya Pradesh. On a day-to-day basis, the trainee will assist in collecting, organizing, and managing data from various internal and external sources. The role includes performing basic data analysis, generating reports, and contributing to data models that help improve healthcare operations and business decisions. The trainee will work closely with senior analysts to validate data quality, interpret results, and document findings. This internship is designed to build practical skills in data analytics while contributing to real projects in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, with an interest in applying these in a healthcare or technology setting.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting trends, identifying patterns, and supporting data-driven recommendations.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Data Management, including organizing datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining data documentation.
• Candidates should possess introductory knowledge of Data Modeling, including basic concepts of structuring data for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment are expected.
• Relevant academic background in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback are important for success in this internship.
