Remote 3D Artist / 3D Designer – Blender & Real-Time City Mapping

We’re looking for a 3D Artist / 3D Designer to join our team remotely for a real estate technology project.

We are building an interactive 3D city map and need someone who can accurately recreate real buildings while optimizing them for use in a real-time web environment.

Location: Remote

Salary: USD 500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Recreate real buildings from photos, drawings, architectural plans, and references

• Create low-poly and mid-poly building models

• Maintain accurate real-world scale and proportions

• Produce clean and optimized topology

• UV map and texture models efficiently

• Create and work with PBR materials

• Optimize polygon counts, materials, draw calls, and texture sizes

• Prepare and export production-ready models in GLB / GLTF format

• Optimize assets for scenes where many buildings may be displayed simultaneously

Required Skills

• Strong Blender skills

• Architectural / building modeling experience

• Low-poly and mid-poly modeling

• Clean topology and optimization techniques

• UV mapping and texturing

• PBR materials

• Understanding of real-time 3D performance

• GLB / GLTF export workflow

Important

This is not a traditional ArchViz role focused mainly on high-poly models and photorealistic renders.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to balance visual quality, model accuracy, and performance for real-time environments.

A short test task will be part of the selection process. Candidates will be asked to recreate one real building and prepare it for integration into our environment.
