We are building an ambitious, recently funded platform designed to use AI to help students and job seekers find the right opportunities with greater accuracy, speed, and confidence. We are developing a powerful search and matching platform that helps students find the right courses, helps job seekers identify the right opportunities, and enables universities and employers to connect with candidates who are genuinely the right fit. As an intern, you will work on projects that stretch your attention to detail, critical thinking, creativity, and design judgment. You will be encouraged to challenge ideas, think beyond obvious solutions, and contribute original concepts. You will also have the opportunity to improve and refine existing product designs, helping elevate the overall user experience of a platform built to solve real-world problems. You will work alongside web and app developers and collaborate closely with our Product Design Manager, who will guide your development, challenge your thinking, and help you grow at a high level. Important details: English is the working language Both international students and local candidates are welcome to apply What You’ll Be Doing Working directly with our Product Design Manager and Managing Director Designing app and website pages, layouts, buttons, features, and user interface elements Helping improve the user experience across our mobile and web products Turning design ideas into clear, developer-ready files for implementation Creating marketing and promotional assets such as banners, email templates, and social media visuals Suggesting better UX solutions and design improvements across the platform Collaborating with product, marketing, business, and psychology teams where needed Supporting the design of digital assets and social media-related product tools when required Who We’re Looking For Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, UI/UX, or a related discipline Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above Strong working knowledge of Figma is required Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD or similar design tools is an advantage Exposure to AI-powered design tools is highly valued, including tools such as Google Stitch and other emerging AI products used in modern product design workflows Demonstrated passion for design, product thinking, and user experience , with genuine interest in building products that are relevant to the future Strong curiosity about how leading companies are evolving design through AI, rapid prototyping, smarter workflows, and next-generation product experiences Able to adapt design work across different visual styles, brands, and project requirements with confidence Comfortable working quickly and effectively across the full design process, from research and concept thinking through to polished final execution Capable of managing design work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and detail Able to think beyond the obvious, generate strong original ideas, and contribute meaningfully to both product and content design High level of initiative, accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail A strong portfolio link or relevant design samples should be provided Benefits Fully remote internship with the flexibility to work from home throughout the entire internship period Exposure to real product design work , not just support tasks, with direct involvement in live platform, UX, and growth-related design projects Opportunity to build experience in an area with rising global demand, as companies increasingly seek designers who understand AI-driven workflows, digital product thinking, and future-ready user experiences Hands-on exposure to how modern teams are using AI tools, rapid design systems, smarter prototyping workflows, and next-generation product design practices A chance to strengthen your portfolio with work that reflects current industry direction , not outdated design execution alone A professional reference letter can be requested upon successful completion of the internship Strong potential to be considered for part-time or full-time retention after the internship based on performance, capability, and contribution Opportunities may be considered even if you are not based in Malaysia , provided you are the right fit for the role
