Graphics designer

The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and communication materials, both print and digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads - Create and maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for campaigns and product launches - Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging social media graphics and website visuals - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs - Ensure all designs are in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Strong understanding of design principles and typography - Experience with digital design and social media platforms - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - A dynamic and collaborative work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development - The chance to make a meaningful impact on global health If you are passionate about design and making a difference in the world, we would love to hear from you.
