We are looking for a Group HR Systems Specialist to join our Group HR team.

Working closely with HR teams across the Group, IT, and external partners, the role contributes to the continuous improvement of our HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Through system enhancements, process optimization, and digital initiatives, the role supports more efficient HR operations, a consistent employee experience, and the adoption of HR technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems, focusing on process simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system enhancements.
• Coordinate system enhancements and new functionalities, including testing, implementation, and user adoption.
• Develop and deliver user training, guidance materials, and communications to support effective system usage.
• Support annual HR processes, including Performance Management and Merit Increase cycles, ensuring appropriate system configuration and coordination with HR teams.
• Monitor system adoption, maintain functional documentation, and ensure alignment with Group governance, data privacy, and security standards.
• Participate in Group Rewards projects and HR digital initiatives, providing systems, data, and process support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR systems, SAP SuccessFactors projects, or HR digital transformation.
• Good functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, system testing, enhancements, change management, and user training.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
