Growth Agent Specialist - Poland (REMOTE)

What you will do:

The Growth Agent Specialist attracts high-performing real estate agents and independent teams to eXp and helps them succeed once they join. The role works exclusively within the real estate agent community, not with buyers, sellers or end consumers.

The aim is to grow the agent base, make agent support and onboarding more consistent, and run events and marketing activities smoothly. By taking ownership of these activities and supporting operations, the role frees the Country Leader to focus on growth and other core responsibilities.

How you will make an impact:

Agent recruitment and growth

• Recruitment strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract high-performing agents and independent teams.
• Strategic connections: Identify and connect with productive agents and team leaders to bring them into eXp.
• Value proposition: Clearly present the benefits of the eXp model to prospective agents and teams.

Market positioning, events and marketing

• Brand advocacy: Act as a credible eXp ambassador, building visibility and influence within the Country real estate agent community.
• Events: Organize and attend roadshows, webinars, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Marketing coordination: Coordinate marketing activities with eXp’s external marketing support.

Onboarding, productivity and retention

• Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding and help new agents get started quickly.
• Tools and resources: Support agents in using eXp’s technology, tools, processes and resources to maximize their performance.
• Agent materials: Prepare and organize training and reference materials for agents.
• Feedback: Gather feedback from agents and suggest improvements to support and services.

Operations and coordination

• Operations support: Work with the operations team to handle agent requests and improve processes.
• Planning and follow-up: Manage schedules, deadlines and follow-ups across recruitment, onboarding, events and marketing.

How you will grab our attention:

• The position requires strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• An intermediate-high level of English for collaboration with the broader international team is required.
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with CRM systems and databases
