We're Whipcare - the app that ends mechanic wahala for vehicle owners.

We've built the product + logistics + app.

What we need now is someone to drive revenue.

Who we're looking for:

A founding Growth/Performance Marketer who is obsessed with results, not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities:

1. Own paid acquisition: Meta Ads + TikTok Ads for Whipcart +

Whipcare

Own organic acquisition: Content, partnerships, community

Own the funnel: Ad → Landing Page → WhatsApp/App → Sale

Track, test, and scale what works. Kill what doesn't.

Compensation:

Commission-based to start: % of net profit from campaigns you run

Transitions to Salary + Performance Bonus + Equity as we grow

N20k test budget provided to prove concept

You should apply if:

You have direct experience running ads that led to sales, especially for WhatsApp/ecom brands

You're data-driven, scrappy, and can build landing pages/copy

You want to be a founding member, not an employee
