Role Description The Recruitment Intern (Only Student) role is a volunteer, remote position supporting the recruitment and onboarding efforts of Blackmont Consulting Cyprus Branch. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with sourcing student candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules with team members. The intern helps conduct initial interviews, supports training and onboarding activities for new recruits, and maintains accurate records in recruitment tracking tools. The role involves regular communication with prospective candidates, collaboration with internal teams to understand staffing needs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a mission-driven, student-oriented consulting environment.

  • Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring for student-focused roles.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to engage effectively with applicants and team members.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Training to support onboarding and knowledge sharing for new recruits.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program; interest in HR, consulting, or social impact is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with common digital collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate professionalism, and respect confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
