Growth & Lead-Ops Operator — Pre-Launch Fintech Remote · Full-time · About the Role A pre-launch fintech company — a lending-data and borrower-wallet platform — is hiring a Growth & Lead-Ops Operator to own its verified-lead funnel through launch. This is a high-ownership, execution-first seat: you won't be advising on strategy, you'll be running the funnel yourself and owning the number. What You'll Own Own an inbound verified-lead flow end-to-end — from purchased/partner credit-bureau leads to verified wallet sign-ups Select lead sources, run creative tests, and stand up attribution from scratch Drive a measured, continuously improving cost-per-result Operate through a fixed soft launch on October 1, ramping through March 31 Recommend lead segments to test and partner with the company's data lead on attribution Launch and iterate on campaign tests based on real performance data What We're Looking For Proven experience personally owning a lead or performance funnel to a number — not supporting one Fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial-services lead experience, strongly preferred Comfort operating within regulated-marketing constraints Fluency in attribution and unit economics — CAC, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, conversion, funnel yield Ability to start immediately and operate with minimal direction You're a Great Fit If You've picked sources, run tests, and scaled cost-per-result yourself — not through a team You want to run a live funnel from day one, with a fixed launch date and no ramp time You'd rather execute against a number than advise on a strategy Not a Fit If You're a brand/positioning strategist, PR/comms specialist, or content marketer You're a fractional director who directs rather than executes At The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent.
