Growth Marketer — Own paid acquisition end-to-end at a fast-growing AI fintech (Remote)
A fast-growing AI-powered fintech is on a mission to make financial well-being accessible to everyone. Their platform provides financial monitoring, building, and protection tools — completely free to users — and they're scaling fast.
As Growth Marketer, you'll own user acquisition across paid channels — hands-on, end-to-end. This is not a strategy or oversight role. You'll be in the platforms every day: launching campaigns, running structured tests, iterating on creative, and scaling what works.

What You'll Own
→ Day-to-day campaign management across TikTok, Meta, Google, and beyond
→ Performance optimisation against CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC
→ Structured testing on audiences, creative, messaging, bids, and budgets
→ Attribution and measurement — ensuring data integrity across channels
→ Identifying and testing new acquisition channels to unlock incremental growth
What We're Looking For
→ 2–5+ years of hands-on growth marketing or paid media experience, including TikTok Ads
→ Required: direct experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns end-to-end
→ Strong background in mobile-first products or DTC environments
→ Experience with attribution tools and customer journey analytics
→ Analytical mindset — data in, clear actions out
→ Comfortable operating independently and owning results
→ Fintech or regulated industry experience is a plus
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 + equity. Fully remote.
