Growth Marketer (Outreach and SEO)

RELP is an AI-first CRM for US real estate agents. When a lead calls, texts or messages an agent, our AI answers, qualifies and books the appointment, so the agent never loses a lead. The product is built and live, and we are now hiring our first marketer.

You will work directly with the founder to bring in the first customers and build RELP's organic presence. There are no layers and no agency; what you do shows up in the numbers every week.

What you will do

• Reach US real estate agents through LinkedIn and cold email: build the lists, write the messages, handle the replies, book the demos.
• Build our organic presence: fix and grow the website's SEO, publish content agents actually search for, get RELP listed and reviewed on G2, Capterra and GetApp.
• Be present where agents talk: Reddit, Facebook groups, LinkedIn.
• Share the numbers every Friday: contacted, replies, demos booked, organic traffic.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing, with both outreach and SEO done yourself.
• At least one outreach campaign that booked meetings, and at least one site where you moved rankings or traffic, with numbers you can show.
• Clear written English; you will be writing to US business owners.
• Comfortable working 6 pm to 3 am Pakistan time, fully remote, full-time.
• Nice to have: SaaS or real estate experience; Instantly, Apollo, Sales Navigator, GA4, Search Console.

• PKR 120,000 to 150,000 a month, depending on experience.
