Role Description
This is a full-time Content Creator role based in Lahore, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days, and starting with a 3 month probation period. You will work directly with our founder, Hamza Nauman Chaudhry, a Lahore-based photographer, to build and grow his personal brand across Instagram and LinkedIn. Daily tasks include writing scripts for Reels, short videos and LinkedIn posts, editing short-form video from raw footage, and designing carousels, Reel covers and post graphics in Canva using the brand kit. You will also help maintain the weekly content calendar, keep content on schedule, monitor trends, and track performance metrics to recommend what to create next.
Qualifications
• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar), with a portfolio of Reels, TikToks o
r Shorts.• Solid proficiency in Canva, with an eye for clean and consistent design.
• Ability to write hooks and scripts that sound natural and personal, not like an ad.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and current social media trends.
• Ability to plan and manage a content calendar and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication skills and comfort taking feedback.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Lahore, with reliability in managing both in-office and remote days.
• Photography or Lightroom editing experience is a plus.
• Relevant education is beneficial but not mandatory.
