Growth Marketing Associate

I'm looking for someone to help me grow the business and find clients.

There isn't a fixed marketing strategy. The role is about coming up with ideas, trying them, and seeing what works. If something works, we'll do more of it. If it doesn't, we'll try something else.

This is a good opportunity if you enjoy building things from scratch and want the freedom to experiment.

What I'm looking for

• Someone with ideas and the initiative to try them.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Interested in marketing, business development, or startups.
• Willing to experiment instead of following a script.

Compensation

This is currently an unpaid volunteer position. The goal is to build FP&A Labs into a sustainable business, with the intention of creating paid opportunities as the company grows.

The role is fully remote, and applicants from any country are welcome.
