Growth Marketing Executive (Performance and Media)

Role purpose

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns for group and priority portfolio initiatives. The role owns disciplined campaign setup, budget management, audience targeting, testing, reporting, and continuous performance improvement.


Key responsibilities

Campaign setup and execution

  • Build and launch campaigns across approved paid search, paid social, display, video, and other performance channels.
  • Implement audience, bidding, creative, placement, budget, naming, and UTM settings accurately.

Campaign optimisation

  • Monitor spend, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, and other funnel metrics.
  • Adjust bids, audiences, placements, creative, and budgets based on performance data, and recommend corrective or reallocation actions quickly.

Media planning and research

  • Support channel and audience planning using platform data, competitor research, and historical performance.
  • Prepare forecast scenarios and budget phasing, and monitor platform changes and new advertising formats.

Measurement and reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear findings and recommended actions.
  • Work with Marketing Analytics on attribution, data discrepancies, and return-on-investment reporting, and maintain accurate spend records.

Creative and landing-page collaboration

  • Provide performance feedback to Creative teams to improve advertising effectiveness.
  • Partner with Digital Experience colleagues on landing-page and conversion improvements, and document reusable learnings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable.
  • Required experience
  • Four to six years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience.
  • Direct campaign-management experience across major advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Multi-market or multi-brand experience is preferred.
