Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to provide parental leave coverage and support the execution of existing growth marketing campaigns. The role focuses on customer journey mapping, audience targeting, funnel performance, and cross-functional campaign coordination, with light email and ad copywriting.

Responsibilities:
- Own execution of revenue plays for the segment(s) covered, including timelines, deliverables, and bottleneck triage.
- Create top-of-funnel content.
- Track and report on funnel metrics, reviewing results and surfacing insights. Including MQL-to-SAL/SQL conversion and pipeline-to-closed-won performance.
- Align with Sales on priorities, open questions, and escalations
- Execute growth marketing campaigns aligned with customer journeys and target audiences.
- Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support campaign content creation, including light email and ad copy.

Qualifications:
- Experience in growth marketing and campaign execution.
- Strong customer journey mapping and audience targeting skills is a requirement for this role.
- Must-have experience understanding of sales funnel metrics and conversion performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
- Ability to create and edit light marketing copy.
