Our Marketing team works closely with Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across North America and Europe.
Role Summary
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute growth marketing programs that drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and revenue growth across new and existing accounts.
With a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM), sales partnership, and revenue acceleration, this role will work closely with Sales, BDRs, Industry & Product Marketing, and Revenue & Marketing Operations to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and execute targeted sales plays.
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, creative, and hands-on marketer who can wear multiple hats, leverage generative AI to deliver highly personalized marketing at scale, and translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing & Account-Based Marketing
Lead highly personalized 1:1 and 1 ABM initiatives targeting strategic prospects, key accounts, and existing customers.
Partner with Sales on strategic account planning, leveraging account intelligence, buying signals, and whitespace analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop integrated programs to drive customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and expansion across Maya HTT's products and services.
Build targeted campaigns that engage buying committees and address account-specific challenges, priorities, and business outcomes.
Sales Partnership & Revenue Acceleration
Partner closely with Sales, BDRs, Business Development, and Revenue Operations to develop and execute account-based sales plays.
Identify opportunities to accelerate active deals, re-engage stalled opportunities, and generate new pipeline.
Develop BDR enablement materials, personalized outreach sequences, account briefs, presentations, competitive messaging, and other sales tools.
Collaborate on lead prioritization, nurturing, and sales handoffs to accelerate lead conversion and opportunity progression.
Analyze sales trends, pipeline data, and account engagement to identify opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.
Generative AI & Content Personalization
Leverage generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging technologies for account research, content creation, personalization, and campaign automation.
Rapidly develop account-specific and vertical-specific content, including presentations, email sequences, landing pages, and sales collateral.
Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging tailored to industries, buying personas, and business challenges.
Continuously test new AI-powered workflows to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and scalability.
Marketing Performance & Collaboration
Monitor account engagement, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue impact to optimize programs.
Partner with Revenue & Marketing Operations to improve segmentation, targeting, attribution, and sales and marketing alignment.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Strategy & Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to identify cross-product opportunities and execute integrated growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong expertise in ABM, growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
Proven experience partnering directly with enterprise Sales teams on strategic account planning, sales plays, pipeline acceleration, and account expansion.
Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, buying committees, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools for account research, content creation, personalization, and marketing automation.
Strong content creation, storytelling, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or equivalent, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
Strategic, resourceful, and highly execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (the position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
Experience in engineering software, industrial technology, manufacturing, or complex B2B technology markets is a strong asset.
