Role Purpose
Frisbii is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager Nordics to join our team in Denmark (Copenhagen). In this role, you will lead regional demand generation initiatives while supporting global marketing campaigns and strategic growth initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact campaigns across digital channels, events, and content marketing to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with a data-driven mindset, understands B2B SaaS demand generation dynamics and revenue marketing principles.
What you'll do
- Lead the field marketing planning and execution for the Nordic region and support global campaigns as needed
- Plan, organize and execute high performing marketing campaigns and webinars in the Nordic region that drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition
- Develop high-converting campaign assets across digital channels
- Set-up campaigns in Linkedin, Hubspot or other relevant channels
- Plan, set-up and market webinars including the coordination of content and speakers
- Plan, organize and execute events in collaboration with Sales
- Analyze the success of your campaigns and monitor a set of regional KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the field marketing managers in Germany and France, content management, brand and graphic design
- Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and regional stakeholders to optimize campaign performance and lead conversion
What you bring
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing environment
- Excellent campaign and project management skills
- Experience in managing highly effective paid campaigns on Google, Linkedin and Facebook/Instagram
- Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing by email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned/ earned channels
- Experience with persona-based / ICP marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing tools, ideally Hubspot and CMS platforms, ideally WordPress/Elementor
- Excellent Danish and English language skills (written and spoken), Swedish and Norwegian are a plus
- High affinity for technical topics
