Growth & Marketing Partner

We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Partner to join GetOiN.

GetOiN is an early-stage business helping people build financial options and access ownership.

We've been developing our initial products and services, and we're now looking for someone who can help us take what we're building to market.

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, understands digital marketing, and can take responsibility for developing and executing campaigns, managing social media, running ads and attracting customers.

This isn't simply a social media posting role. We want someone who can think strategically, take initiative and execute.

The Arrangement

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity, initially structured as a three-month, commission-based partnership.

Compensation will be based on a negotiated percentage of qualifying product sales during the agreed period. There is no guaranteed salary or retainer at this stage.

We will provide an agreed advertising budget, necessary tools and creative resources to support marketing execution.

For the right person, there is potential to transition into a longer-term, salaried role as the business grows. We're looking for someone who is interested in growing with us and contributing to GetOiN's long-term success.

We'll review performance and discuss the next steps together at the end of the initial three months.

Who we're looking for

Someone with practical experience in digital marketing, social media, content development and paid advertising, who is excited about helping an early-stage business grow.
