Growth Marketing Specialist

  • Industry: Behavioral Health — Immigration Psychological Evaluations & Bilingual Therapy
  • Candidate Location: Remote position open to candidates from any country in Latin America.
  • Schedule: Part-time (~20 hours/week), Monday–Friday — 100% Remote, with a clear path to full-time as the role grows.
  • Experience: Must have 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or copywriting, with bilingual fluency (Spanish & English, written and spoken) and comfort working with performance data to guide strategy.
  • If you have a portfolio or writing samples that showcase your previous work (posts, email copy, social captions), feel free to share them with your application — it's not required, but it helps us get a better sense of your voice and storytelling style. Samples in both Spanish and English are a plus.

About the Firm

Our client is a dynamic behavioral health practice specializing in psychological evaluations and bilingual therapy for immigration cases. Operating nationwide via telehealth, the practice has built its reputation on deep empathy, clinical expertise, and a human-first approach.

This is a growing, founder-led practice that operates with the agility of a startup. The team is small, collaborative, and hands-on: your work will have a direct, visible impact on how the practice grows and how it's perceived by both the attorneys who refer clients and the clients themselves.

About the Job

The Growth Marketing Specialist will lead the practice's marketing efforts — primarily growing and deepening relationships with referring immigration attorneys through LinkedIn and email outreach, while also building out emerging content channels (TikTok, Instagram) to reach prospective clients directly.

This role is equal parts copywriter, content strategist, and data-driven marketer: strong storytelling and messaging skills matter as much as the ability to track what's working and adjust accordingly.

This is a part-time role to start, with a genuine path to full-time as the practice grows. Marketing is the core focus of this position from day one.

Responsibilities

#1 Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy across LinkedIn, email, and emerging social channels (TikTok, Instagram) to grow visibility among referring attorneys and prospective clients.
  • Write copy, captions, and messaging that reflects the founder's voice and the practice's empathetic, human-first positioning.
  • Create scripts, talking points, and content ideas for founder-led video content; edit, format, and publish across channels (on-camera appearance by the specialist is not required).
  • Use AI tools (Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to edit, design, and produce professional, on-brand visuals and short-form video content. Prior graphic design training is preferred; at minimum, strong visual judgment and comfort with AI-assisted creation tools are expected.
  • Apply SEO and AI-search optimization practices so the practice surfaces well both in search and when AI tools are asked to recommend an evaluator.

#2 B2B Outreach & Lead Generation (Attorneys)

  • Manage LinkedIn outreach and direct messaging to immigration attorneys using the practice's established targeting approach.
  • Support and help scale cold email campaigns, monitoring deliverability, responses, and engagement data in coordination with the team.
  • Personalize follow-up communication for existing referral relationships, including outreach to additional contacts within firms that have already referred clients.
  • Identify and propose new lead-generation opportunities beyond current outreach methods.

#3 Client-Facing Content & Growth

  • Develop content that helps prospective clients evaluate the practice when comparing multiple referred providers.
  • Support follow-up content and messaging after public engagements such as workshops and conferences.

#4 Data & Reporting

  • Track and report on marketing performance across channels to guide strategy and inform decisions.
  • Participate in regular check-ins to review results, test new approaches, and explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.

You're the ideal fit if you:

  • Are bilingual (Spanish & English), written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
  • Bring proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing, with examples of your written or social content.
  • Are comfortable working with performance data — you can track results, explain what's working, and adjust your approach accordingly.
  • Are coachable and open to feedback, able to discuss and defend your reasoning, not just execute tasks.
  • Have experience with LinkedIn and/or social content creation (Instagram, TikTok).
  • Are comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, etc.) to create and edit written, visual, and video content.
  • Are organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple ongoing marketing projects with minimal oversight.

Nice to Have (not required):

  • Experience in customer service, client support, or a people-facing role. Marketing remains the core focus of this position — this is simply a plus if you're someone who's naturally comfortable on the phone, since there may eventually be room to support occasional client questions and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with cold email tools (e.g., Hunter.io) or email deliverability practices.
  • Familiarity with mental health or immigration-related services.

Technical Requirements

  • Candidates must have a laptop or desktop computer with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above.
  • Integrated external webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Stable internet connection.

What's Offered

  • Monthly rate: USD 900–1,200 (part-time, ~20 hours/week)
  • Open to negotiation based on experience
  • 100% Remote
  • Part-time, Monday–Friday
  • Practice's office hours: 9AM–6PM EST
  • Weekends Off
