We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Specialist who’s obsessed with results, thrives on data, and knows how to turn insights into action. In this role, you’ll lead email and paid media strategies from concept to execution, fueling growth for brands that operate both nationally and locally. You’ll own the details: segmentation, flows, campaign testing, trafficking, media execution, and everything in between. If you love optimizing what’s already working, constantly experimenting with what could work better, and partnering across teams to deliver real business impact, this role is for you. What you’ll be doing: Performance Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across platforms like Paytronix, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok, and Google. Partner with client success and content teams to connect national strategy with local execution and deliver measurable results. Insights & Optimization: Analyze data, run A/B tests, and translate insights into smart, actionable strategies. Build dashboards, highlight learnings, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement. Email Marketing Execution: Manage the technical side of email — segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting. Work with content teams to align timing and messaging, driving engagement and retention. Innovation & Experimentation: Stay on top of platform updates, new tools, and emerging best practices. Apply a test-and-learn mindset and explore how AI can improve performance, workflows, and efficiency. Budget & Performance Management: Own budgets and pacing across campaigns. Optimize spend, monitor results, and communicate performance clearly to stakeholders to keep efforts aligned with business goals. This job is for you if: 📈 You have 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or multi-client setting preferred). 📧 You’re skilled in email marketing operations, segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting (tools like Paytronix, Klaviyo, or similar). 💡 You’ve executed campaigns across at least 3 paid media channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, StackAdapt, or Bing. 📊 You’re fluent in analytics & reporting tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and know your way around UTM tracking. 🤝 You’re a strong collaborator and communicator, aligning execution with strategy while moving fast without sacrificing quality. 🧠 You’re technically fluent, comfortable with campaign logic, tokens, attribution, and troubleshooting tracking or delivery issues. 🤖 You’re AI & tool-savvy, always looking for smarter ways to ideate, report, or execute. ✅ You’re proactive, structured, resourceful, and thrive in fast-moving environments. 🗣️ You have full professional proficiency in English (C1+). Bonus points if you: Have experience with franchise or multi-location businesses (QSR, retail, hospitality). Have worked in agency or multi-account environments with tight timelines. Are familiar with Firebase, push notifications, or multi-channel automation. Understand data privacy and first-party data strategies. Have campaign QA or technical troubleshooting experience. Have used AI tools for reporting, creative ideation, or media optimization. Hold certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Klaviyo, or similar. Speak Spanish and or French (not required, but a plus). Do NOT apply if: You’ve never run campaigns hands-on. This is not a strategy-only role. You avoid data. Testing and performance are core to this role. You wait for direction instead of taking initiative. You dislike collaboration or feedback. You prefer slow, corporate-style environments.
