About the opportunity

We're expanding our Growth Team and looking for driven, confident people to work on real campaigns, real clients, and real events, not just observe from the sidelines. Choose the track that fits you best:

1. Digital Marketing, Content, AI & Media: Social media, content writing and content creation, SEO and AI visibility, AI tools, and video and podcast production.

2. Business Development, Partnerships & Client Relations: Lead generation, discovery calls, partner and corporate outreach, CRM and pipeline management, and client onboarding.

3. Event Management, People & Programme Operations: Seminars, workshops and business events, speaker and guest coordination, registrations, and recruitment and onboarding support, including the opportunity to take part in major international events such as Web Summit Qatar.

Who should apply

• Graduates, students, career-changers and professionals restarting their careers

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Confident, organised and results-driven

• Based in Qatar, with your own laptop and reliable internet
