GTM Enablement at BairesDev

As a GTM Enablement professional, you will empower revenue-generating teams by streamlining the systems and content they need to succeed. You will drive operational excellence by integrating advanced AI tools and optimized processes into the daily sales rhythm.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials that translate product velocity into go-to-market readiness.
• Implement and manage AI-driven tooling and prompt engineering to automate manual sales workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align cross-functional strategies with scalable growth objectives.
• Optimize the end-to-end sales process to improve conversion rates and organizational scalability.
• Own the full enablement lifecycle, ensuring teams are proficient in the latest sales methodologies and tools.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or go-to-market Enablement.
• Proven expertise in creating sales enablement content and optimizing revenue-focused workflows.
• Proficiency in AI prompt engineering for sales automation and copy editing.
• Strong background in supporting sales teams with process optimization and AI-driven tooling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
