About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a GTM Project Manager to support the planning and execution of key initiatives across our go-to-market organization. Working with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Revenue Operations, you'll bring structure to complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

This is an opportunity for a proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented project manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and can balance competing priorities while keeping projects moving forward.

What you'll do

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects that support the priorities of LoopMe's go-to-market organization.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria to ensure initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Coordinate project activities across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and other relevant teams.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively address issues that could impact delivery.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project plans, decisions, action items, and status updates.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand their responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables, following up to maintain accountability.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and adapting plans as business needs evolve.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand project requirements, align expectations, and coordinate execution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and status updates to maintain alignment and drive progress.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, blockers, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and help resolve challenges that may affect project delivery.
  • Bring structure and clarity to projects with evolving requirements, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives and next steps.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the GTM organization.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, documentation, and reporting to provide visibility into progress and outstanding actions.
  • Monitor project outcomes against established objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with relevant teams to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable business growth.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve project planning, communication, and execution.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a technology, commercial, or fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate teams without direct authority.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain clear project plans, documentation, and status reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying risks, resolving blockers, and keeping projects on track.
  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track progress and measure project outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience supporting go-to-market, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations teams.
  • Experience working in technology, digital advertising, adtech, or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and platforms, such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, or business reporting tools.
  • Experience coordinating projects across geographically distributed or international teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

What we offer

  • Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office
  • Self-managed vacation (no maximum)
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Healthcare
  • 401k
  • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • LoopMe Gives Back
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles
