Done is an international company that helps distributors and trading companies build efficient supply chains, scale import operations, and grow faster. We combine expertise in trade finance, logistics, and global trade to deliver end-to-end solutions for our partners.

Done in numbers: 15 years on the market, 300+ employees, and offices across 4 countries (Ukraine, Switzerland, Poland, and Turkey), with active international expansion.
Done. More responsibility. More speed. More impact. On a global scale.

About the Role
Done's business model relies on securing external debt and trade capital to finance trading operations and fuel international expansion. As Head of Capital Markets, you will play a mission-critical role in raising debt capital, credit lines, and working capital facilities from international banks, private debt funds, and financial institutions to ensure uninterrupted liquidity for our operations in Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Switzerland and new expansion markets.

This is a top-priority hire for Done. We are looking for a specialist with a genuine, closed-deal track record of raising capital for complex, higher-risk trading businesses, someone who can bring existing relationships with lenders and funds that already have an appetite for that kind of risk.

Key Responsibilities
1. Debt Fundraising & Capital Structuring
- Identify, originate, and build long-term relationships with international lenders: commercial banks, private debt funds, trade finance institutions, mezzanine investors, and family offices
- Structure and negotiate credit facilities, factoring, supply chain finance, and revolving working capital lines
- Structure and place Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) transactions — packaging trade receivables into investable instruments to unlock institutional capital
- Lead commercial and legal negotiations on terms and conditions (term sheets, debt covenants, collateral/security packages, pricing/interest rates)

2. Deal Execution & Due Diligence
- Prepare high-impact investment materials, teasers, investment memorandums, and defend corporate financial models before lenders and credit committees
- Lead end-to-end due diligence processes (Financial, Legal, Tax, and Operational) with external partners and financial institutions
- Coordinate legal documentation to ensure successful transaction closing and first fund drawdowns
- Own the full deal lifecycle: outreach to funds and banks, due diligence support, term sheet negotiation, closing, and drawdown
- Direct and coordinate the internal legal and finance teams supporting each transaction — assigning workstreams, setting deadlines, and ensuring lawyers and finance colleagues deliver what lenders and credit committees need, on time and in the right format

3. Lender & Investor Relations Management
- Maintain active relationships with existing financial partners, ensuring strict covenant compliance and regular financial reporting
- Monitor global capital markets, explore alternative funding vehicles, and expand geographic capital sourcing across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and Asia
- Represent Done's risk profile accurately and proactively to lenders — selling both a controlled, managed risk and a return that compensates for it

What This Changes at Done
- Done secures an uninterrupted flow of liquidity to fulfill partner commitments and expand trade volumes
- Offices in Poland, Turkey, and new regions scale without capital constraints
- The company diversifies its funding sources and lowers the weighted average cost of capital

What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of proven track record in Capital Markets, Debt Financing or Trade Finance
- A demonstrable, closed-deal track record able to speak to specific amounts raised and the specific funds they came from, not just "sourced financing" in general terms
- Practical, end-to-end experience across the full fundraising cycle: outreach and positioning to funds, due diligence management, term sheet negotiation, closing, and drawdown
- Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional deal teams this role does not execute the full process alone; you will need to direct internal and external lawyers and finance colleagues who support due diligence, documentation, and closing, and hold them accountable to deadlines
- Hands-on experience structuring and placing Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) specifically packaging trade receivables into an investable, ratable instrument
- Experience raising capital for complex or higher-risk trading businesses that Tier-1 banks typically decline to fund directly
- Prior experience raising financing for companies trading with or operating in sanctioned or restricted-risk jurisdictions is a strong plus, this signals both the risk appetite and the banking/fund relationships we need
- An existing book of direct contacts at banks and funds who can move quickly on reviewing and approving financing
- Deep practical knowledge of trade finance instruments (Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, Letters of Credit, Asset-Backed Lending)
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building skills with C-suite executives and credit committees
- Fluent English (C1/C2) mandatory for daily negotiations, cross-border transactions and legal documentation

What We Offer
- Top-priority leadership role directly driving company sustainability, liquidity and international scaling
- Attractive base salary + high success fee / performance bonus linked to raised capital — no fixed budget ceiling for the right candidate
- Transparent, agile environment with zero bureaucracy and direct collaboration with Founders and the CEO
- Daily engagement with leading international financial markets, private funds and global banks
