Description Overview

As Head of CMO Quality, you will provide strategic leadership and quality oversight for Perrigo’s external manufacturing network, covering a diverse portfolio including medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides, and food supplements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational performance throughout the product lifecycle.
Leading a team of experienced quality professionals, you will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting key business initiatives such as technology transfers, product launches, and global supply continuity.

Scope of the Role
- Define and drive Perrigo’s global CMO Quality strategy and oversight model.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international quality team.
- Build strong partnerships with Contract Manufacturing Organisations and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Oversee quality activities across the product lifecycle, including technology transfers, product launches, manufacturing, testing, packaging, release, and distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen quality performance across the external manufacturing network.
- Lead quality governance, risk management, audits, inspections, and remediation activities.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to ensure reliable product supply without compromising quality.
- Support innovation, portfolio growth, and business transformation through expert quality leadership.
- Stay ahead of evolving global regulations and ensure compliance across a diverse portfolio including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides, and food supplements.
Experience Required
- Degree in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
- Extensive Quality leadership experience in a regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health environment.
- Proven experience managing CMOs and global manufacturing networks.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, audits, inspections, and compliance.
- Experience leading international teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
