Head of Content/Executive Producer

🧭 We're Hiring: Head of Content / Executive Producer

Creative & Growth Division is looking for a hands-on Head of Content / Executive Producer to lead our content team and drive paid media performance for U.S.-based lead generation brands.

This is a "creator + operator" role — not a traditional Marketing Director position. You'll be just as comfortable in Premiere/CapCut as in Meta Ads Manager.

📍 Location: Remote — Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Argentina, Venezuela, or the Philippines

💰 Salary: USD $1,200–$2,000/month

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you'll do:

✅ Lead and review the creative/marketing team's output

✅ Write scripts, direct, and edit video content

✅ Launch and optimize Meta Ads (TikTok/Google a plus)

✅ Turn performance data into scale/iterate/kill decisions

What we're looking for:

✅ 4–7 years combining video production and paid media

✅ Experience leading small creative teams (3–8 people)

✅ English B2+ / Spanish C1 or native

✅ A strong portfolio + campaign case studies (required to apply)
