Head of Growth, Portfolio Mobile Games Company

The opportunity

We're hiring a Head of Growth for one of our portfolio companies. It's an established, fully remote mobile games studio with a live top title, a portfolio of early titles and an in-house growth team ready to be led. The search is confidential, and we'll name the company at interview stage.

This is the most important hire in the business right now. You'll report to the CEO, own growth end to end, and have the backing you need to win.

What you'll do

• Own growth strategy, budget and targets (CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback), starting with the top title
• Hire, lead, coach and develop the in-house growth team
• Build and oversee influencer and creator marketing
• Set UA strategy across paid channels and steer execution partners on budgets, bidding, creative direction and testing
• Own monetization strategy (ads, IAP, D2C) and ASO, with your team and external partners
• Find and test new growth opportunities: channels, platforms (web, Steam, consoles), territories and audience niches
• Turn growth insights into product priorities with the product team

You might be a fit if

• You've spent 5+ years in mobile games or app growth, including 2+ years leading
• You've run creator and influencer marketing that measurably worked (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch)
• You know UA and monetization deeply and are comfortable owning budgets and ROAS/LTV models
• You've opened new channels and scaled them
• You live in cohorts and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
• You've hired, developed and led a growth team
• You challenge the status quo and back it up with data
• You're a doer, happy to get your hands dirty and own initiatives
• You write excellent English and have worked in a remote team
• Bonus: web/D2C monetization
