We are building a modern, all-in-one payment platform that enables businesses to manage global payments and financial operations seamlessly. Our solution allows companies to open multi-currency accounts, send and receive payments worldwide, and manage cross-border transactions from a single platform. Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations. Your mission We need a marketing leader who thinks in strategies and executes in sprints. You'll own everything from brand and SEO to go-to-market expansion into new verticals - reporting directly to the CEO and sitting at the commercial heart of the business. This is not a pure management role. We want someone who sets the direction and rolls up their sleeves to make it happen. What You’ll Do GTM strategy for new markets and verticals (e-commerce, iGaming, travel, marketplaces) Brand identity, positioning, and product messaging across all channels Website strategy and SEO - technical, content, and authority building B2B demand generation - LinkedIn Ads, paid search, and ABM targeting merchants and platform operators Industry events and partnerships (Money20/20, Pay360, and similar) Market research, competitive intelligence, and segment-specific ICP development Building and leading a lean marketing team and agency network What We’re Looking For 6+ years in B2B marketing - FinTech or payments experience is a must Proven GTM experience: launching into new markets or verticals Product marketing instinct - you can translate complex infrastructure into clear propositions Hands-on SEO and performance marketing skills, not just oversight Comfortable presenting to the board and working in a CMS the same week FCA-regulated environment experience is a strong plus Nice to Have Experience marketing payment gateway, digital wallet, or multi-currency account products specifically Familiarity with FCA financial promotions rules and compliant marketing in regulated environments Experience with the European, CIS, or MENA payments landscape What You’ll Get Competitive, market-aligned compensation Opportunity to work on a high-impact product with real-world scale Direct impact on company direction - full ownership, no bureaucracy International, distributed team with a collaborative mindset Remote-friendly setup with flexible working hours Supportive team culture focused on knowledge sharing and ownership Sounds like a match?
