About Vodanet Systems

At Vodanet Systems, we specialize in delivering enterprise-grade IT hardware solutions to businesses across the United States and global markets. We work directly with leading manufacturers such as Cisco, Aruba Networks, Fortinet, Dell Technologies, Ubiquiti, and Jabra to provide cutting-edge networking and infrastructure solutions.

Our strength lies not only in distribution but in understanding market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer needs at a deep level. We combine technical expertise with commercial agility to help our customers stay ahead in competitive environments.

As we scale our digital presence and strengthen our international e-commerce operations, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead and coordinate marketing across Vodanet Systems, multiple international business operations, and websites. This role requires a leader who can manage multiple operations in parallel, understand international markets, and connect brand narrative, paid marketing, full-funnel campaign management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making into one coordinated growth strategy.

Role Overview

This is a senior marketing leadership role focused on managing a multi-operation, international marketing function. The Head of Marketing will be responsible not only for leading the team but also for coordinating marketing strategy, campaign execution, reporting, and commercial alignment across Vodanet Systems, multiple international business operations, sister companies, and websites.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on and managerial experience in email marketing, website development coordination, paid marketing, brand narrative, Google Ads, Meta Ads, full-funnel campaign management, go-to-market planning, and data-driven decision-making. The person in this role must be able to work closely with in-house developers, sales, and finance teams to ensure that marketing activities are measurable, commercially aligned, and scalable.

This is not a purely operational marketing role. We are looking for a marketing leader who can own strategy, manage people, interpret data, coordinate stakeholders, and turn marketing into a measurable growth engine across international markets.

Must-Have Leadership & Scale Requirements

  • Previous experience managing marketing teams is required.
  • The candidate must have previously led teams or marketing functions in companies with approximately $50M–$100M+ annual revenue, or in organizations with comparable international operational scale.
  • Experience in managing all online campaign processes is required, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, performance tracking, reporting, and budget control.
  • The candidate must have proven experience in go-to-market planning and full-funnel marketing, from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Data-driven decision-making must be central to the candidate’s working style; all marketing decisions should be based on data, performance metrics, customer behavior, market signals, and commercial priorities.
  • The candidate must be able to coordinate marketing across Vodanet Systems and multiple international business operations, ensuring that brand, campaign, reporting, and growth activities are managed coherently across all three operations.
  • Strong familiarity with international markets is required, as the role will support growth across the US and global markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, performance follow-up, and strong cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and execute coordinated marketing strategies for Vodanet Systems.
  • Own and strengthen brand positioning and brand narrative across all relevant markets and channels.
  • Manage paid marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid search, paid social, retargeting, and campaign budget optimization.
  • Manage all online campaign processes from planning to execution, optimization, reporting, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead full-funnel campaign management and go-to-market planning for product/category launches, market expansion, and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation logic, campaign messaging, conversion tracking, and performance improvement.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, including on-page SEO, content optimization, technical SEO coordination, keyword strategy, and organic growth.
  • Work closely with in-house developers on website development, landing pages, tracking setup, CRO, technical marketing implementation, and website performance improvements.
  • Build and maintain reporting structures using Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, and other dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Work closely with sales and finance teams to align campaign priorities, budget decisions, revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and performance reporting.
  • Use market, competitor, customer, website, sales, and finance data to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven decision-making across all marketing activities.

Supporting Responsibilities

  • Conduct or oversee competitor, search results, paid media, and market analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Guide the use of tools such as ZoomInfo for prospecting, audience development, market intelligence, and sales-aligned campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, pricing, procurement, product, and development teams to align marketing priorities with commercial and operational goals.
  • Build scalable marketing workflows and operational processes to improve execution efficiency, collaboration, and long-term growth.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, paid marketing, or related fields.
  • Managerial experience leading marketing teams, preferably in companies generating approximately $50M–$100M+ in annual revenue or operating at a comparable international scale.
  • Strong experience in paid marketing channels, especially Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid search, paid social, retargeting, and budget optimization.
  • Strong understanding of brand narrative, brand positioning, e-commerce growth, SEO, content strategy, full-funnel marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven experience managing all online campaign processes, including planning, execution, optimization, tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in email marketing, automation, segmentation, campaign messaging, and performance tracking.
  • Experience working closely with in-house developers or website teams on website development, tracking, landing pages, CRO, and technical marketing implementation.
  • Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, and similar platforms.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar market intelligence, prospecting, or sales enablement tools is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced ability to interpret marketing, SEO, website, sales, and finance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong international market awareness and the ability to coordinate marketing activities across multiple operations, regions, and business priorities.
  • English: C1 level or higher — advanced professional proficiency.
