Help the world find its way indoors.
Every day, people use MazeMap to find their way around large, complex buildings and to book the spaces they need. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to tell that story to the organisations that need it next.
About MazeMap
MazeMap is a B2B software company that makes large, complex buildings easy to navigate and use. Our platform brings together interactive indoor maps, turn-by-turn navigation, asset visualization, and desk, room and resource booking for hybrid offices, with a strong Microsoft 365 integration.
Our customers span North America, the UK and Ireland, the Nordics, DACH, Benelux, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and we have a growing team and presence in Germany.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you have one clear mission: fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
At its heart, this is a demand generation role. Success is not measured in clicks or followers, but in the meetings, opportunities and pipeline you create for our sales teams. You will build programmes that find the right accounts, earn their attention and move them from first touch to a conversation with sales.
You will own the marketing strategy, the budget and the channels that make it happen. Marketing at MazeMap works on two engines: organic growth through SEO, answer engine optimisation (AEO), content, social media and PR, and paid growth through search and social advertising. Your job is to decide where to invest, make both engines run well, and show the business what marketing is delivering.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Some days you will be setting the direction for the year, other days you will be fixing a HubSpot workflow or rewriting a landing page.
What you'll do
- Strategy and budget. Set the annual marketing plan, decide where the budget goes, and adjust as results come in.
- Go-to-market. Shape GTM plans with sales leadership for each region: which markets, segments and accounts to prioritise, how we enter new markets, and how we launch new products and features.
- Demand generation. Design and run integrated, multi-channel programmes that create pipeline: account-based campaigns for target enterprises, nurture journeys, intent signals and retargeting.
- Positioning and messaging. Sharpen how MazeMap stands out for every audience and buying role, and give input on packaging and pricing.
- Customer expansion. Work with customer success on campaigns that help existing customers adopt more of the MazeMap platform.
- Organic growth. Lead SEO and AEO so MazeMap shows up in search and in AI answers. Own the blog, YouTube, social media and press releases.
- Paid growth. Run and optimise Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn campaigns across our markets.
- Lead management. Make sure every inbound lead is captured, qualified and routed to the right sales person, fast.
- HubSpot and martech. Own HubSpot as our CRM and marketing platform, plus the tools around it, including automation and AI-assisted workflows.
- Sales enablement. Keep pitch decks, case studies, flyers and messaging sharp and ready for sales teams in every region.
- Events and webinars. Plan our customer webinars, MazeCon and the conferences where we meet buyers.
- Reporting. Show the business what marketing delivers, from traffic to qualified leads to pipeline, and update sales every week.
Who you'll work with
You will sit at the centre of our commercial team and work closely with:
- Business development managers in North America, the UK, the Nordics, Benelux, DACH and Australia and New Zealand, who turn your leads into customers
- Our SDR team, who follow up on leads and run outbound campaigns
- Our team in Germany, on DACH-focused campaigns, content and brand
- Product and customer success, to turn new features and customer stories into campaigns and case studies
- Partners and agencies, from technology partners to freelancers and media
What you bring
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, including time in a leadership role
- Proven demand generation experience: you have built programmes that create pipeline, not just traffic, including account-based marketing and lead nurturing
- Strong, hands-on proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads: you can build, run and optimise campaigns yourself, from targeting and bidding to conversion tracking and budget pacing
- Experience building and executing go-to-market plans across several countries or regions, together with sales
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers, where decisions take time and involve several stakeholders
- A track record of owning a marketing strategy and budget, and tying them to pipeline
- Hands-on experience with organic channels, especially SEO and content
- Strong HubSpot skills, or deep experience with a similar CRM and marketing automation platform
- A data-driven mindset: you know your numbers and use them to decide where to invest
- Excellent written and spoken English
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience marketing workplace, proptech or facilities software, ideally in hybrid work
- German language skills and experience in the DACH market
- Experience entering new markets or launching new products in Europe
- Product marketing experience: positioning, competitive analysis and packaging
- Experience building a brand in a competitive category, or after a rebrand or acquisition
- Partner and ecosystem marketing, for example within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Curiosity about AI search and AEO, and how buyers find vendors through AI tools
- Experience with Webflow or a similar website platform
Why you'll love it
- A global customer base. Your campaigns will reach organisations across several continents, from the Nordics to North America to Australia.
- Real ownership. You will shape the strategy, the budget and the toolset. Your decisions show up directly in the pipeline.
- Modern martech and AI. We run on HubSpot, automate where it makes sense, and are already working on AI search visibility and AI-assisted content. You will have room to push this further.
Equal Opportunity Statement:
MazeMap is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We hire based on talent and potential—not your background, identity, or checkboxes.
