Company: Ascension Business Solutions LLC
Department: Marketing
Reports To: General Manager; partners with CEO
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (Graveyard Shift – PH Time)
Compensation: Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and leadership role alignment
Who we are
Ascension Business Solutions (ABS) helps U.S. Home Care and Home Health organizations scale through exceptional global teams, stronger operations and intelligent technology. Our mission is simple: We support those who support others. We lead with Love, Support and Excellence.
The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on marketing leader who can translate our founder's vision into clear positioning, integrated campaigns, and measurable demand. This is not primarily a social-media publishing or design role. You will own marketing strategy and execution, lead an existing team, and help ABS become the trusted choice for healthcare business owners.
What you will own
Brand, positioning & storytelling
• Translate CEO and company priorities into a distinctive U.S.-market brand narrative, campaign themes and
consistent messaging across platforms.
• Position ABS as a premium managed healthcare workforce and operations partner; communicate value beyond the lowest price.
• Develop founder-led thought leadership from speaking engagements, client stories, site visits and original insights.
Demand generation & integrated campaigns
• Own quarterly campaign planning across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, website and selected partner channels.
• Partner with Sales on qualified leads, booked demos, lead nurturing, conversion and marketing-influenced growth.
• Use CRM and performance data to improve campaigns, test ideas and stop low-impact activity.
Leadership & department execution
• Manage, coach and hold marketing and assigned events/partnership activation staff accountable to quality, priorities and deadlines.
• Build repeatable briefs, calendars, review processes and reporting so the team runs proactively without daily CEO involvement.
Events, partnerships & visibility
• Lead marketing activation for conferences, partner campaigns, webinars, executive speaking, and client testimonials.
• Coordinate with Sales on pre-event promotion, targeted outreach, follow-up, and event ROI. Executive leadership retains commercial partnership negotiations and spending approval.
Measurement & business ownership
• Maintain a concise scorecard of brand quality, qualified demand, campaign performance, team reliability and marketing-attributed opportunities.
• Present insights, risks and recommendations to leadership; take ownership of outcomes, not just completed tasks.
Non-negotiables
- College graduate, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to work an 8-hour graveyard shift - PH Time, aligned with U.S. business hours
- Stable internet connection (Minimum of 100MBPS for Download Speed; Minimum of 50MBPS for Upload speed) and reliable computer equipment (Minimum of Intel Core i5 or equivalent with minimum 8GBs of RAM) - With backup device.
What we are looking for
• U.S. audience fluency: Direct experience developing marketing for American audiences, with excellent English writing, presentation and cultural judgment.
• Strategic and creative range: Proven ability to create an integrated strategy and deliver compelling campaigns, rather than only producing individual assets.
• Commercial mindset: Working knowledge of lead generation, conversion funnels, CRM/analytics and how marketing supports revenue.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and improve team performance; prior people-management or formal leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Independent judgment: Proactive ownership, constructive challenge and the ability to prioritize with limited executive oversight.
• Operational discipline: Strong planning, delegation, deadlines, communication and comfort working full U.S. business hours.
Experience that would be valuable
- U.S. healthcare, home care, home health, staffing, outsourcing, franchise marketing or professional services experience is helpful but not required.
- Exceptional U.S. consumer-brand, agency or service-business marketers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with founder-led content, events, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and AI-assisted content workflows is a plus.
What success looks like in six months
• A clearer, more consistent ABS brand across priority channels.
• A documented increase in qualified marketing activity and demonstrable contribution to demos and sales opportunities, measured against an agreed baseline.
• A confident, accountable team delivering campaigns reliably with fewer routine decisions escalated to the CEO.
• Visible reporting on campaign and event performance, with concrete recommendations to improve ROI.
How to be considered
Please submit your resume, a portfolio or links to relevant work, and two brief campaign examples explaining your role, the business objective and the result. Include any team-leadership experience and confirm availability for full U.S. business hours.
