Head of Marketing -Web3 (Remote within Europe and Arab)

Job Responsibilities: Execute marketing strategy for the public launch of Matera protocol and token Drive traffic to the website and growth to Matera users Create, lead, and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness of Matera among developers, builders and the web3 community Take ownership of the product marketing and communication strategies Identify partnerships and opportunities that provide growth for Matera protocol Work closely with the product department to launch Matera applications Build and execute a go-to-market and ecosystem development plan Manage and grow our KOL list Candidate Requirements: 3+ years experience Experience in DeFi, DeSo, creator economy or adjacent vertical Proven track record in launching a token or web3 project to the public English Proficiency C1/C2
