About the Role The Head of Product is a key role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s product strategy in a fast-growing software environment. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, ensuring alignment between product development, business goals, and customer needs. You will lead a team of Product Owners, drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, and business teams, and ensure that the product portfolio delivers measurable value and supports long-term company growth. A key focus of the role is also defining the strategic direction of AI within the product ecosystem, including leading the development of a new AI-powered analytics platform leveraging tourism data. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the overall product strategy, translating business objectives into clear priorities and roadmaps. Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering strong product management practices and continuous growth. Ensure effective collaboration between Product and Engineering teams across all stages of product development. Drive product discovery, including validation of problems, exploration of solutions, and incorporation of user feedback. Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning product priorities with leadership, customer success, and support teams. Identify product opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis. Monitor and optimize product performance using metrics and data-driven decision-making. Act as Product Owner for a strategic AI-powered analytics platform. Professional Experience 5–8+ years of experience in product management within a software or SaaS environment. Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development settings. Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners. Strong track record of defining product priorities and managing product roadmaps. Deep understanding of customer-driven product development and data-informed decision-making. Proficiency in SAFe methodology and hands-on experience working within a SAFe environment. Ability to foster psychological safety, open communication, and constructive feedback.
