Job purpose: Acting as the primary interface between Zeekr and its retail partner network, you will lead network performance, business development, retail standards, customer satisfaction, and market execution activities. You will be responsible for ensuring retail partners consistently deliver commercial objectives while providing a seamless, premium customer experience aligned to the Zeekr brand. As Head of Retail Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing Zeekr’s retail sales strategy across the market, driving commercial performance, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth. You will build, develop, and inspire a high-performing retail sales organisation while ensuring a premium customer experience that reflects the Zeekr brand. Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, you will oversee retail operations, sales performance, network development, and customer engagement initiatives. Working closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Aftersales, Network Development, and Regional stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of ambitious sales targets while establishing Zeekr as a leading premium electric vehicle brand. Main responsibilities: Retail Sales Strategy – Develop and execute the national retail sales strategy, aligning commercial objectives with market opportunities, customer insights, and sustainable business growth. Sales Performance & Network Management – Drive sales, profitability, market share, and retail partner performance through forecasting, KPI management, business planning, coaching, and continuous improvement. Customer Experience & Brand Standards – Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a premium retail experience, consistent brand standards, and achievement of customer satisfaction and NPS targets. Retail Operations & Commercial Excellence – Optimise lead management, sales conversion, forecasting, stock management, order processes, and retailer operations to maximise commercial performance. Fleet & B2B Sales – Lead fleet and B2B sales activities, supporting retailer partners while developing relationships with leasing companies, fleet operators, and key accounts to drive commercial growth. Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Network Development, Product, and Aftersales to deliver vehicle launches, generate demand, improve retailer performance, and support business objectives. Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Lead and develop high-performing teams, build strong relationships with retail partners and senior stakeholders, provide strategic market insights, and act as a key ambassador for the Zeekr brand. Compliance & Governance – Ensure FCA compliance, adherence to company policies, industry regulations, contractual obligations, and retail operating standards across the network. Education, Skills and Personal characteristics required: Bachelor’s degree in business, Automotive Management, Commercial Management, or a related discipline preferred. Ideally, you have a minimum of 10 years' experience within an automotive OEM environment. Dealer Network Management & Retail Performance. Retail Sales Strategy & Commercial Growth.
