We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We're looking for a Head of SEO to own and scale our global organic acquisition strategy across multiple brands and GEOs — someone who thinks in business outcomes, not just rankings. Responsibilities: Define and execute SEO strategy with direct impact on FTD, LTV, and GGR — not just traffic Build and lead high-performing teams across Product SEO, Technical SEO, Brand Protection, and Search Visibility Drive Product SEO initiatives in close collaboration with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Commercial Own technical SEO excellence: SSR, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and architecture Develop and enforce Brand Protection strategies across organic search and Google Ads Lead innovation in organic acquisition — SEO, AEO, GEO, and emerging search technologies Manage SEO budgets, planning, resource allocation, and executive reporting Set KPIs and performance frameworks that actually mean something Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience 3+ years leading SEO teams in iGaming 2+ years focused on Product SEO Experience in offshore iGaming environments Proven track record managing teams of 15+ specialists Strong business acumen: budgeting, planning, performance management Deep technical SEO expertise — SSR, Schema Markup, Crawl Optimization, Website Architecture, Core Web Vitals Data-driven mindset with strong command of SEO and BI tools Experience across multiple brands and international markets Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management Will be a plus: Experience with AI-powered search and AEO Built an SEO organization from scratch Brand protection in highly competitive search environments Large-scale enterprise SEO background Our Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies: Children Allowance Mental Health Support Sport Activities Language Courses Automotive Services Veterinary Services Home Office Setup Assistance Dental Services Books and Stationery Training Compensation And yes, even Massage!
