Head of Treasury

Role Description The Head of Treasury will oversee all treasury-related activities to ensure effective cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk control for Khaane Mein Kya Hai?. This part-time, remote role involves monitoring cash flows, managing bank relationships, and optimizing the use of funds across projects and operations. The role includes developing and implementing treasury policies, supporting hedging strategies where appropriate, and collaborating with finance and leadership to align treasury decisions with the company’s content and growth plans. The Head of Treasury will prepare regular treasury reports, analyze financial data to inform decision-making, and recommend improvements to treasury systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong treasury management and cash management skills, with experience overseeing liquidity, funding, and cash flow forecasting.
• Solid finance and analytical skills to interpret financial data, support budgeting, and assess treasury-related risks and opportunities.
• Experience with hedging and basic risk management techniques for currency or interest rate exposure, where relevant.
• Proficiency with financial tools and spreadsheets; ability to produce clear, concise treasury and cash flow reports.
• Prior experience in a treasury or finance leadership role, preferably in media, entertainment, or a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are an advantage.
