Executive Director – Corporate Banking

Role Description The Executive Director – Corporate Banking will play a key leadership role in developing and managing relationships with financial institutions and corporate partners to support the growth and sustainability of LAW ADDA INTERNSHIP CELL. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing strategic banking relationships, overseeing corporate banking portfolios, and providing guidance on treasury and liquidity management for the organization’s financial activities. The role involves conducting financial analysis, assessing risk, and recommending solutions that align with organizational objectives. The Executive Director will collaborate closely with the founder/manager, advise on long-term financial strategies, and contribute to building frameworks that can support future expansion. This is a part-time, remote role, offering flexibility in location while requiring regular virtual communication and reporting.

• Candidates should possess Finance expertise to guide overall financial planning and ensure sound fiscal practices.
• Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills to oversee and optimize corporate banking and investment relationships.
• Candidates should possess Treasury Management skills to manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking operations effectively.
• Relevant experience in corporate banking, financial services, or institutional relationship management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
