YOUR FUTURE TASK

• Lead and further develop occupational health and safety activities across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractor and supplier safety performance, including audits and assessments.
• Conduct incident investigations, root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture through trainings, toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate and maintain ISO management systems, particularly ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Organize and support internal and external audits.
• Perform site inspections, risk assessments and safety reviews across operational and construction sites.
• Monitor legal HSE requirements and ensure compliance throughout all business activities.
• Develop and implement HSE procedures, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and track HSE KPIs and regularly report performance to management.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Construction and O&M teams to continuously improve safety standards.

You As a Person And What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.
• Certified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (PRL), ideally with all three specializations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, HSEQ, or Health & Safety roles within industrial, energy, infrastructure or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Solid experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Strong contractor management and construction-site safety experience.
• Experience working with CAE platforms and HSE reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and proactive working style.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English language skills.
