The Role

As a Patient Consultant, you are the patient's trusted guide from the first message to the day they return home. You combine medical knowledge, sharp organisation and genuine care to make every treatment journey smooth, well-informed and safe.

What You'll Do

• Guide patients through WhatsApp conversations and online calls, answering questions with clarity and warmth

• Present each patient with the best treatment options, based on evidence, clinic expertise and their personal needs

• Handle reservations with partner clinics and hospitals, and manage every document with precision — every procedure accounted for, every detail in place

• Act as the patient's advocate, protecting their interests and rights throughout the journey

• Coordinate with clinics and doctors to keep every step on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Native-level English, Russian, German, French, Italian or Arabic — we are building a multilingual team, and each consultant brings their own language strength

• Knowledge of treatment packages in at least one of: dental, plastic surgery, oncology or cardiology

• Experience in health tourism, patient coordination, medical sales or a healthcare setting

• A precise, organised way of working and a natural sense of responsibility

• Excellent written communication, especially in messaging

• Turkish is a strong plus
