โ ๏ธ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Home Care or Home Health.
Experience must include at least some of the following:
โ Caregiver scheduling
โ Home Care coordination
โ Home Health operations
โ Staffing coordination
โ Schedule management
โ Client and caregiver communication
Applications without Home Care / Home Health experience will not be considered.
What You'll Do
โ Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability
โ Manage call-outs, schedule changes, and coverage requests
โ Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff in real time
โ Resolve scheduling conflicts and staffing gaps efficiently
โ Maintain accurate records and scheduling data
โ Support operational, payroll, billing, and administrative processes
โ Ensure continuity of care and excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
โ Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Home Care or Home Health experience (Required)
โ Experience working directly with caregivers and clients
โ Scheduling, staffing, coordination, or administrative experience
โ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
โ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
โ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
โ Experience with scheduling platforms is a plus (WellSky, AxisCare, eRSP, KanTime, HHAeXchange, etc.)
