📍 Location: Colombia, Argentina, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico & Peru

🏠 100% Remote

🕒 Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST

Are you experienced in Home Care Scheduling and looking for an opportunity to support a growing U.S.-based Home Care agency?

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized professional who can confidently manage caregiver schedules, handle last-minute staffing changes, and ensure seamless client coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage

✅ Manage call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing emergencies

✅ Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families

✅ Maintain accurate scheduling and attendance records

✅ Support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and administrative processes

Requirements

✔ 2+ years of Home Care Scheduling experience with U.S.-based Home Care agencies

✔ Experience coordinating caregivers and managing high-volume schedules

✔ Strong English communication skills

✔ Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

✔ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

⭐ Experience with WellSky and/or AxisCare

⭐ Recruiting, onboarding, or payroll support experience

⭐ Previous Home Care or Home Health experience
