About Tiquo
Tiquo is building a connected operating platform for hospitality and service businesses. We bring bookings, point of sale, payments, memberships, customer relationships, inventory and reporting into one system, helping hotels, restaurants, spas, members’ clubs and venues replace disconnected tools with simpler operations and a consistent guest experience.
About the role
We’re looking for a Hospitality Partnerships Manager with a strong, established network across restaurants, hotels, members’ clubs and the hospitality technology ecosystem. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
You’ll work closely with the founders to build relationships with operators, consultants, advisers and technology partners, turning relevant introductions into qualified commercial opportunities and long-term partnerships.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who understands how hospitality businesses operate, how they choose technology and who influences those decisions. An existing, active network is essential, alongside the ability to build new relationships and follow opportunities through.
What you’ll do
- Develop partnerships with hospitality consultants, advisers, agencies and complementary technology providers.
- Build trusted relationships with owners, general managers, operations directors and technology leaders across restaurants, hotels and members’ clubs.
- Use your existing network to secure relevant introductions, identify potential clients and build a qualified commercial pipeline.
- Develop referral and partnership arrangements with clear responsibilities, mutual value and measurable outcomes.
- Understand operators’ workflows and technology challenges, and work with the team to deliver relevant introductions, meetings and product demonstrations.
- Represent Tiquo at industry events and partner meetings, building awareness through credible, ongoing relationships.
- Maintain clear records of partner activity, opportunities and next steps, and follow through consistently.
- Share market insight and operator feedback with the product and engineering teams to inform positioning and development.
What you’ll bring
- A strong, active network across hospitality operators, consultants or technology providers, with trusted access to relevant decision-makers. This is essential.
- Experience in hospitality partnerships, business development, technology sales, consulting or a commercially focused operations role.
- A track record of turning relationships into partnerships, qualified opportunities or revenue.
- A practical understanding of restaurant, hotel or members’ club operations and the systems their teams use.
- Confidence discussing hospitality technology, including point of sale, property management, reservations, memberships, customer relationships and payments.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to explain the operational and commercial value of a connected platform.
- Sound commercial judgement, strong organisation and a consistent approach to relationship management and follow-up.
- Initiative, ownership and adaptability in a growing business where priorities and the role will evolve.
Experience working with multi-site operators, hotel groups, members’ clubs or hospitality technology consultancies would be particularly useful. You don’t need to have held the title Hospitality Partnerships Manager: we value relevant practical experience, trusted relationships and evidence of commercial results.
Why Tiquo
You’ll help shape how Tiquo builds its presence and partnerships across hospitality, working directly with the founders and connecting real operator needs with the platform. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a relationship-led commercial function and contribute directly to the growth of a product built around day-to-day hospitality operations.
