Role: Partnerships Manager

Location: Paris

Salary: €45,000-€55,000 base, €20,000 variable, linked to MRR generated through partnerships

A fast-growing AI SaaS platform helping e-commerce brands turn video into measurable business performance is hiring a Partner Manager to build and scale its agency partnerships channel from scratch.

More than 350 e-commerce brands already use the platform, including major names across beauty, retail and DTC. Its two complementary products enable brands to create shoppable video experiences throughout the purchase journey and leverage AI to produce video content at scale.

The business has reached approximately €3.5M ARR, with strong year-on-year growth, and is targeting €4M ARR by the end of 2026, followed by €10M ARR by 2029. Having built its growth primarily through outbound sales, the company is now looking to diversify its acquisition channels and establish partnerships as a major driver of future growth.

Agency relationships already exist, and inbound referrals from e-commerce agencies convert well. However, partnerships remain largely opportunistic, with no structured program or dedicated ownership. The ambition is to turn this existing foundation into a repeatable, measurable acquisition channel, with partnerships eventually contributing 20–30% of new ARR.

The opportunity

As Partner Manager, you'll own the development of the company's agency partnerships strategy, starting with the French e-commerce ecosystem before expanding into wider Europe.

This is a hands-on, operational role combining relationship building, field activity and strategic ownership. You'll work directly with the founders to define the approach, establish a partner program and turn agency relationships into qualified pipeline and measurable revenue.

You'll have the autonomy to build the motion from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on execution rather than strategy from behind a desk.

What you'll do

  • Build the partnerships strategy: Define a 12-month plan, prioritise target agencies and establish a clear partner segmentation.
  • Structure the partner program: Develop partner tiers, enablement materials, mutual expectations, commission structures and a scalable framework.
  • Develop agency relationships: Reactivate existing contacts, build new relationships and become a trusted partner to leading e-commerce agencies.
  • Generate qualified pipeline: Identify opportunities, facilitate introductions, collaborate with Account Executives and support deals through to closing.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives: Organise joint events, agency lunches, trade show activations and co-branded initiatives with shared clients.
  • Build internal collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to integrate partnerships into the company's daily operations.
  • Measure and optimise performance: Establish clear attribution, track partner-sourced pipeline and refine the program based on results.
  • Prepare for international expansion: Once the French market is established, help identify and test opportunities in additional European markets.

What's on offer

  • A greenfield opportunity to build a partnerships channel with real potential to become a significant revenue driver.
  • Direct collaboration with the founders and substantial ownership over strategy and execution.
  • An existing foundation of agency relationships, market credibility and partner-generated leads to build upon.
  • A highly hands-on role with a strong field and relationship-building component.
  • The opportunity to influence the company's go-to-market strategy and future international expansion.
  • A Paris-based, predominantly in-office working environment, with up to two remote days per week after the trial period.
  • Five weeks of paid leave plus two additional RTT weeks, fully covered health insurance, meal vouchers, a fully covered sports membership and company equipment.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have 3–5+ years of experience in agency partnerships within SaaS or technology, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Have already built or structured a partnerships motion, rather than simply managing an established program.
  • Understand the French e-commerce agency ecosystem; an existing network is a strong advantage.
  • Are relationship-driven, commercially minded and comfortable spending significant time in the field.
  • Know how to turn relationships into qualified opportunities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product, with a strong team-first mindset.
  • Are pragmatic and structured, able to prioritise the right partners and build a program that scales progressively.
  • Are fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Are comfortable travelling regularly for agency meetings, industry events and partner activations.
  • Enjoy autonomy, direct communication and a fast-moving environment where you can see the impact of your work.
