Hotel Reservations Agent

We’re hiring: Remote Reservations Agent

Hotel Revenue Manager is looking for an experienced reservations agent to join our team and handle outsourced reservations for two of our independent hotel clients.

The role

• Handling email and telephone reservations and enquiries

• Working mainly with tour operators and OTAs

• Capturing bookings, applying STO and contracted rates, and checking availability and block-outs

• Following up provisional bookings and proof of payment

• Passing guest special requests and restaurant and spa bookings to the properties

• Weekly arrivals reports and weekend arrival checks

Requirements

• Semper experience is non-negotiable

• Solid tour operator and OTA reservations experience

• Clear, professional written and spoken English

• Reliable internet connection and a home workspace

Hours and salary

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. Weekends off. Fully remote.

Salary: R8 500 per month negotiable based on experience.
