Job Title: Household Appliance Local Sales Manager

Salary Range: MYR 3,000 - MYR 4,000 (not yet inclusive of commission)
Work Setup: Remote (with frequent travel)

About The Role
- Responsible for sales and promotion of household-appliance (daily-use electric) motor business in the Malaysia region, and achieving sales targets.
- Responsible for developing new markets, acquiring new customers, and expanding the product sales scope.
- Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships by regularly visiting customers, staying informed of their requirements at all times, and promptly handling objections and complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for collecting market and industry information.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a work background in the motor and drive industry or its upstream/downstream industries, in the household-appliance-motor sales direction.
- Passionate about sales, grounded and diligent, and able to endure hardship.
- Able to adapt to long-term business travel.
- English usable as a working language; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Experience: Has household-appliance-motor sales experience
- Education: Mechanical, automation, or other engineering background
- Region: Familiar with the Malaysian market and local channels
