MATISA is looking for an **HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** to support employees and managers across assigned business groups, particularly at headquarters and within production, supply chain, administration, and technical office functions. The successful candidate will combine HR business partnering, end-to-end recruitment, employee support, talent development, and knowledge of Swiss HR practices and labour law.
## Key Responsibilities
- Act as a close **HR Business Partner** for assigned business groups.
- Advise managers on HR matters and provide practical HR guidance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned scope, from defining hiring needs through new-employee integration.
- Manage a recruitment portfolio and support hiring activities across assigned functions.
- Ensure implementation of HR processes and policies within the assigned scope.
- Support managers and employees throughout different stages of the professional life cycle.
- Participate in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support organizational changes and HR projects.
- Contribute to defining and implementing a common HR framework at Group level.
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices and the Swiss legal framework.
## Required Qualifications
- Higher education in **Human Resources or an equivalent field**.
- Proven experience in an **HR Business Partner or generalist HR role**.
- At least **5 years of relevant experience**, ideally in an industrial or international environment.
- Experience with **end-to-end recruitment**.
- Experience managing a **recruitment portfolio**.
- Good knowledge of HR practices.
- Good knowledge of **Swiss labour law**.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong advisory approach and business orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously and pragmatically.
- Collaborative spirit.
- Fluent **French**.
