HR Business Partner (HRBP)

At NestifyTech Solutions, We are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Business Partner to align business objectives with HR solutions. This role works closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop people strategies.

• Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

• Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions for retention and engagement.

• Support change management initiatives and company culture evolution.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in an HRBP or strategic HR role.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills.

• Experience in fast-paced or scaling organizations is a plus.
