HR Business Partner with focus on AI

We are seeking an experienced HR BP who is eager to integrate AI and automation into the HR function. You will balance traditional HRBP responsibilities with the goal of making our processes more efficient through the smart use of modern AI tools.

HR Foundation:

• Provide comprehensive support to managers on employee relations and labor law matters.
• Implement HR processes, policies, and standards within your dedicated business area.
• Coordinate cyclical HR processes, including annual performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning.
• Support the implementation of business and organizational changes and lead selected HR initiatives.

AI & Automation:

• Identify HR processes that can be optimized through AI and automation.
• Design and implement practical AI use cases and workflows to solve real-world business needs.
• Promote the secure and responsible use of AI tools among managers and employees.

Must-have:

• 5+ years of HR experience (strong focus on soft HR processes)
• Practical experience in implementing AI/automation solutions
• Fluent English (B2+)

Very Important:

• Experience in international organizations
• strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering
• the ability to translate business requirements into structured AI workflows.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of the IT market and experience with complex automation scenarios.
