Role Description This part-time, remote role involves delivering an introductory HR course session that is offered free to participants. The role also includes answering learner questions, facilitating brief discussions, and collecting feedback to improve future sessions. The instructor will coordinate with Hiring-GCC’s training team to align course content with program objectives and ensure a consistent, engaging learning experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management to effectively teach and explain core concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to clarify regulatory requirements and compensation-related topics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including basic employee relations and workforce oversight.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly in a virtual classroom setting.
- Experience in training, coaching, or teaching adults, preferably in HR or related business disciplines.
- Comfort with remote work technologies (video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and digital collaboration tools).
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
